Jim founded JA Carpentry in 1989. The main concentration of work for JA began in residential before moving toward the retail construction field in 1992. The emergence into outlet eventually led into the high end retail market. With a bachelor of architecture degree from NJIT, his knowledge of design along with hands on field experience has proven to be instrumental in JA Carpentry's success.

Bob has 25 years of experience in the construction industry with an educational background in construction estimating. He started with JA Carpentry in 1995 as a project superintendent/estimator and since 2002 has become the Director of Company Operations. With a hands on construction background, Bob takes a personal approach to each project maintaining integrity and quality, which is the company standard.
